Frequently
Asked Questions

The things scouts and clubs ask us first.

Who can see the players I add?

Talent Hunt is one shared talent pool — that is the point of it. Every scout searches the same database, so a player you profile is discoverable by others, and theirs by you. What stays private is your own reports and shortlists, which are governed by your role and your club.

Does it work at a ground with no signal?

Yes. The app installs to your phone and keeps working offline: you can open profiles you have already seen and write reports. Anything you capture is queued on the device and sent exactly once when the connection returns, so nothing is lost and nothing is filed twice.

What is the difference between an individual plan and a club plan?

An individual plan covers you. A club plan is bought by a club and covers every member you add to it, up to its seat count — so new scouts get access the day they join instead of waiting for a licence. You can hold both; the club plan simply adds to what you already have.

What happens when a plan expires?

It keeps working through a short grace period, then paid features stop. Your data is not deleted, and the billing screens stay reachable even when everything else is locked — otherwise there would be no way to pay.

Which sports does it cover?

Football and basketball first, with athletics, rugby and volleyball supported in the same structures. The profile, report and trial models are sport-agnostic, so adding another is configuration rather than a rebuild.
